After earning a full scholarship to Howard University, Aaron trusted his instincts and left after one year to chase his dream in the music industry. What followed was a high-velocity chapter featuring platinum artists and producers with Virgin Records and Flavor Unit under Queen Latifah’s leadership. Those years sharpened his negotiation skills, taught him to navigate high-stakes personalities, and grounded him in the power of brand, voice, and presence.

When he eventually shifted into real estate, he soared early, closing millions in his first few years. He eventually founded Team Carte Blanche, a boutique NYC collective built on the belief that when good people move with intention, good things follow. His team delivers Black Diamond Service with heart, humanity, and elite execution. Every deal becomes a story. Every home, a turning point. And Aaron’s gift is helping people author their next chapter with clarity and sovereignty.
